This place is pure fun! It's a clean, modern and well managed establishment with great lanes, shoes and bowling balls. The automatic scoring makes playing a complex game easy and quick. It's the perfect place to escape the heat and have a great time with family and friends.

My family and I went bowling here recently. We had so much fun! Everyone was so helpful. It’s been a long time since we have bowled and we wanted to share this experience with our Grandson. He had a blast. It was his first time in a bowling alley and he is hooked! One of your staff members went out of their way to make it a special day for him. Her name is Maddy. I can’t even begin to express how meaningful this was to us. We will be returning here for years to come!

Chelsea and Sierra, Joseph, Avery are awesome. They go out of their way to keep their customers happy and I can see the difference since it's changed from Bowl America. Super fun on weekends and the leagues are challenging. Get there early on weekends for cosmic.

I was visiting my family in JAX and reserved a lane for 2 hours on Saturday afternoon for my grandsons and me. Upon arrival the Receptionist greeted us and had a printout of my reservation with details. They had reserved a lane for us as requested; and so we got our shoes, selected our bowling balls, and proceeded to the reserved lane. We were told to use the lower table next to the lane and we were delighted to see there was a placard with my first name and a welcome greeting. Compared to the older bowling facility that I frequent at my S. FL home, these lanes were equipped with much more modern electronics. Ball returns were rapid and we only experienced one minor mechanical glitch while bowling 3 games over a 2 hour period; and that issue was quickly resolved as I used the 'Service' button on the control console to call an Attendant who immediately fixed the problem.
