We had such a great experience at Bowlero today! Martin and the entire team made our family feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Socorro at the front desk greeted us by name when we checked in for our reservation, which was such a nice personal touch and made us feel expected right away. Martin was amazing throughout our visit. He was so friendly, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. You could tell he really cares about his guests and about creating a great experience. Ethan our server was also fantastic—very attentive, friendly, and always checking to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. Between Ethan and the rest of the staff, everyone was smiling, helpful, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. It was such a fun day with our family, and the outstanding customer service made it even more special. Thank you, Martin, and the whole Bowlero team for making us feel so well taken

Had an amazing time at bowlero today, the staff was welcoming. We were helped right away. Any questions we had were answered. Had a fun time bowling, servers would come and check on us and took our orders. The manager also came to check on us to see how we were doing. Great atmosphere, will definitely be coming back!

I love going here with my friends and having a casual game. It’s a little pricey but worthwhile. The staff here are AMAZING! It’s crazy what they deal with all the time, and it’s very hectic but wow. I wish I had names but the woman who was working in our section was lovely, kind, and accommodating. At some points we had issues with the pins not resetting properly, and she got it handled so quick. Plus at the end, we realized we bought too much time and needed to get home (10pm). Another guy came up to talk to us, I assume a manager. He was so kind and helped us out. I felt very taken care of and happy there even with the technical difficulties (no one’s fault at all). The customer service is just wonderful.

Fun and varied options. I especially liked the arcade nook with prizes offered from accumulating points by simply playing. We spent about three hours and it did not disappoint! Food was relatively tasty although a bit greasy. Can’t wait to be back

Upon walking in, the setup was so thoughtful and personalized. Kevin was great explaining how to get started and everything I discussed with the coordinator was perfect. Our server, Jordan, was exceptional! Friendly, efficient, and quick! Our team had a blast and the checkout payment process was very simple. What a great experience! Highly recommend!

We went to Bowlero on the last day of 2025, with a party of four adults and four children five and under. It was raining in Santa Barbara, and we made the mistake of showing up half an hour after the place opened without a reservation. We were, apparently, not the only parents in search of last-minute rainy day entertainment. Thankfully, we were able to book a lane online for 4:00 that afternoon, and came back with our full complement after lunch and naps. Check-in was smooth, as far as I could tell, and we all got our special bowling alley shoes. My only complaint is that there weren't quite enough bowling balls for all the small children in attendance. We found one 8-pound ball and were lucky to share a ball dispenser with another family who let us use one of their 6-pounders. Our one lane only allowed for four bowlers, but this was plenty, as the parents rotated and only two of our kids were interested in the game (my three-year-old preferred to run wild and our friends' baby babied). Those two children, though, were deeply interested, especially our five-year-old, who was so sweet and sincere and enthusiastic, just having the time of his life. He's very competitive and kept close track of the score, and of course did not register the comparative advantage of bumper bowling while his parents (mostly his mother) rolled a series of gutter balls. My three-year-old was more interested in the arcade, and it was a chore to follow him over there again and again and steadfastly refuse to let him play the shiny, pointless games. He was fascinated by the crane games, and I made the mistake of letting him watch a dad play one, assuming the man would lose. Apparently this dad was some kind of crane whiz and my boy saw him walk away with a big stuffie instead. I got him out of there as quickly as I could. There was food and drink available for purchase, including beer, wine, and cocktails. We skipped on booze for the afternoon, but did get some fries to share, which were solid. It seems like it would be easy to fit in a meal here with the right timing. Bar food and pizza and chicken tenders for the kids. No one comes to Santa Barbara to spend hours inside a bowling alley in Goleta, but not every day can be a beach day. We had a good time at Bowlero, and the kids had an absolute blast.

I always feel welcome at this establishment. The staff is awesome, always willing to accommodate to ensure your experience is memorable! The bowling alley, the bar, the food, and my favorite, the arcade is always a fun time! And anytime is a good time to have fun!!

We went for new years 2026 and had a great time! Facility was clean and staff was great. We ordered the chicken stops and fries. They were definitely on par for bowling alley food. Would definitely go again!

We absolutely love the bowlero in Goleta! The Summer Passes are such a great deal — they’ve been perfect for keeping the kids (and us!) entertained all season long. We've made so many fun memories here. The arcade card is another favorite! There's a great variety of games, and the whole arcade area is clean, well-maintained, and super fun for all ages. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the whole place has a welcoming, family-friendly vibe. Highly recommend for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a fun, active way to spend a few hours. We’ll definitely be back again and again!
